Auto Enrolment Basic is our introductory Work place pensions service, it is designed for employers who have already gone through the auto enrolment process and wish to transfer their payroll over to PGA. If you have your pension scheme setup then task of maintaining it becomes a monthly job, submission need to be made each month to your chosen scheme detailing the employees standing details, the amount of contribution and the amount of the employers contribution. The direct debit payment then needs to be setup and paid. We are able to do all of this and also assess your employees each month to ensure they still meet all the requirements and assess any new employees so that you remain compliant.

Our Auto Enrolment Basic Service enables you to forget about the day to day administration of the pension scheme contributions and the workplace Pension submissions that are required each month to keep you compliant with the rules. How much does all this cost? well, we are pleased to say surprisingly little. We charge just £2 per employee submission. This will be either weekly or monthly depending upon your payroll frequency. The charge is separate to our fees for payroll Services and will be charged quarterly in arrears by invoice and will be based on the actual number of submissions made. Whichever one of our Auto Enrolment Services you choose the monthly submission fee will apply and be charged on an ongoing basis in the same way.
