BACKGROUND:

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Philip Gurnhill Accountants Ltd, the owner(s) of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. 12 Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Philip Gurnhill AccountantsLtd shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and PGA Ltd and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
